About the project

The Ergon Energy mobile application enabled customers to be able to self-read their electricity meter rather than have a meter reader attend their residence or commercial property. Similarly, it allowed all users to be able to report property damage including light pole damage, wires down, electrical faults and much more. The app was part of a trial for the organisation.
